The main objective of the Women Conference to reflect on gender equity. This specific conference worked on political participation of of women and the development of the action plan. Around 30 women took part.
We exanged on the experiences and the history of gender equity within MIJARC, especially on local, national and international level. The guest Mrs. Mary Theresa Mafumbo from Uganda shared her experiences with young rural women at the conference.
